I am a leadership coach, organizational development professional and inclusion practitioner who has worked with a diverse array of individuals and organizations over my nearly 20-year career – from Fortune 500s to start-ups; professional associations to nonprofits. I’m a certified Career and Executive Coach via the Courageous Living Coaching certification program. I also draw heavily upon my B.A. in Identity Theory, with a focus on women’s development, and my M.A. in Leadership and Management in my coaching practice.
I incorporate many different modalities including tools specific to personal values creation, goal setting, strengths identification, habit formation, Emotional Intelligence and courage development. Teachers I admire and who deeply influence my practice include Kate Swoboda, Tara Mohr, Holly Whitaker, Brené Brown, Daniel Goleman, Donald O. Clifton, Marcus Buckingham, Charles Duhigg and Jenny Blake.
