My goal is to support you in creating a life filled with meaning, joy, purpose and connection.

You're a successful woman. There are so many things going well in your life; so much that makes you proud. And yet you feel a sense of discontent, a nagging feeling that there must be more to life than this. You feel stuck, wanting to make a change, but are unsure what steps you need to take. Every morning, you jump out of bed and dive headfirst into a never-ending list of to-dos. Every evening, you fall into bed exhausted wondering where the day has gone and what actually was accomplished. The rat race is grueling. The hamster wheel never stops spinning. You need a change and you need it now.

I totally relate. I’ve been there too, and I’m here to tell you there IS more to life!

I’m a transformational growth coach dedicated to guiding women in their quest for “something more” – more purpose, more confidence, more success, more love. I help them take inventory of their lives and discover ways of crafting a life rich with joy, meaning and connection. My holistic process is designed to empower women by exploring each of the primary areas of a full life and creating action plans to bring the best of each area, as they define it, into fruition.

Freedom

For me, this journey started by happenstance when I was in middle school.

I was a precocious bucked-toothed, freckled redhead with an unfortunate bowl cut. It turns out that this was not exactly the recipe for a popular or enjoyable adolescence. As can be the case with middle schoolers, many of my classmates were not always very nice. In fact, they could be relentless in their teasing. The social hierarchy required someone be on the bottom, and I’m sad to say that I had drawn that straw.

Then one day while being teased on the playground something shifted in my twelve-year-old self. A realization washed over me like a powerful force – that realization was that I had the ability to change my life. I still remember the feeling of expansion and freedom as if it were yesterday. Today, I would call the root of my epiphany “agency,” but at the time, all I knew was that everything I needed to make the most radical changes in my life was within me.

I slowly started walking. I walked back in to the school, down the stairs, out the front door, off the property and down the block. I walked all the way home and never returned to that school or those bullies.

From that moment on, I knew deep in my bones that I had the ability to take action to better my life anytime I was confronted with adversity. This knowing has served me well for decades. However, a few years ago, I realized that somehow, I had become complacent in what needed to be a proactive process of continually creating my life.

At that point, my life looked incredible from the outside. I had an amazing husband and family, a full social calendar and beautiful home. I had earned my Master's degree in a field I love. I had a career that brought in six figures a year. Yet, I knew that there was something more, that something big was missing from my life.

I was heading into my second-half of life, and I knew in my heart that big changes were on the horizon in order for me to create a fulfilling and inspired life.

Out of equal parts apprehension about a life not fully lived and a deep desire for more fulfillment, I embarked on a process to genuinely explore ten major facets of my life: self-image, family, love, social, career, spirituality, finances, wellness, recreation and contribution. After clearly naming my starting point in each area, I moved into action. Action that has led to numerous massive life shifts including launching my own business, getting out of debt, putting down the bottle, picking up my yoga mat and deepening my relationship with both myself and my partner.

Today, when I look back over the past few years, I am so incredibly proud of the life I have built. While difficult things continue to arise because, you know, life, I have built a strong foundation and a toolkit full of healthy tools that carry me through. My greatest honor and joy is supporting other women through their life transitions and in building the foundation and tools they need to evolve and flourish.
