A Little About Me
I’m a leadership coach, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging Executive, women’s leadership advocate, and keynote speaker with a deep commitment to helping others find purpose and thrive.
Over my 25-year career, I’ve had the privilege of working with hundreds of individuals and organizations—from Fortune 200 companies to startups, professional associations, colleges and universities and nonprofits. My work centers on empowering people and organizations to create meaningful change.
I’m a certified Career and Executive Coach through the Courageous Living Coaching Certification program and I hold a B.A. in Identity Theory with a focus on women’s leadership, as well as an M.A. in Intercultural Leadership and Management. My coaching practice is infused with these academic foundations, but what makes my approach unique is the blend of wisdom, warmth, and practical tools I bring to my work.
My coaching draws from diverse modalities, including personal values discovery, goal-setting, strengths identification, habit formation, emotional intelligence development, and courage-building. Teachers like Brené Brown, Tara Mohr, and Andrea Owen have been guiding lights for me, deeply shaping my practice and my own journey of growth.
Ultimately, my work is both personal and transformative. I’ve walked my own path of change, discovering firsthand the power of stepping into one’s full potential. And I’ve had the honor of guiding so many incredible women as they do the same, building lives that are fulfilling, authentic, and aligned with their deepest values.
I invite you to join me on this life-affirming, transformative journey toward a life that’s truly yours!
ISMs Episode 9: The Space Between Sobriety & Intentional drinking
Gabby Valdes invited me onto her podcast to talk about my experience in becoming part of the "Sober & Proud" movement! Thanks also to Terri Bradway for being the best co-guest. And, as I discuss in this episode, a BIG, HUGE, Heartfelt, Love-Filled Appreciation to the indomitable Holly Glenn Whitaker and Laura McKowen for their life-changing/life-saving work building and leading this movement.
